Mike Kramer is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of StrataBio, where he is building the StrataBio Biological Intelligence Platform (SBIP) to turn experimental and process data into predictive intelligence for protein stability, manufacturability, and performance.

Bruce is a Principal Applied Scientist in Microsoft's Office of the Chief Scientific Officer, where he works at the intersection of machine learning and the life sciences, focusing on protein engineering, molecular biology, and AI-enabled biotechnology. He previously completed his PhD in Bioengineering at the California Institute of Technology under Nobel Laureate Frances Arnold, where he developed and applied machine learning and experimental approaches to directed evolution and other protein engineering methodologies.

Ross is a biochemical engineer and synthetic biologist with expertise in enzyme screenings for generating of ML-ready datasets, translation of scientific discoveries into practical solutions for industrial biotechnology, protein engineering, and high-throughput assay development.

Kevin has over 35 years of experience in bioprocess development and scale-up across a variety of business sectors, including human and animal nutrition, commodity and specialty chemicals, and fuels. He has worked from proof of concept through to full manufacturing. He has a strong technology background, along with a deep understanding of business and market needs, as well as intellectual property strategy and management.

Jeff serves as Chief Financial Officer of StrataBio, where he leads the company's financial strategy, capital planning, and corporate governance. Working closely with the executive leadership team, he helps guide financial decision-making and the disciplined execution that supports the company's long-term growth.

Anthony works across the company's commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives. He works closely with the executive leadership team to advance strategic partnerships, support commercialization efforts, strengthen internal execution, and help translate company priorities into coordinated action.

Simon is an AI Research Scientist bridging machine learning and biology to transform how we discover and design therapeutic molecules. A computer scientist with an MS in Bioinformatics & Computational Biology by training, he is now focusing on developing AI models that unlock new possibilities in structural biology.

Corey Park is the Founder of StrataBio and a technology entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience building and advancing innovation-driven companies. His career has focused on identifying breakthrough technologies originating from universities and U.S. government laboratories and helping transform early-stage scientific discoveries into commercially viable businesses.

Rashid has over 8 years of development and AI-powered SaaS platform experience. His experience in performance optimization and security has also been key for us to leverage.

Megan is a current PhD candidate in Biomedical Engineering at the University of North Carolina/North Carolina State University. Previously, she earned a Bachelor's Degree with Distinction in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Delaware, where she was an undergraduate Student Researcher in Prof. Blenner's lab for 3 years, gaining lab experience.
